My primary goal with Communication Skills Magic was to help individuals improve their relationships with their loved ones – spouse, significant other, children, parents, etc. – but the more I spoke on the topic, the more I got invited to speak at corporate events, retreats, and other company-sponsored events to help …  

• teams function more productively
• improve managers’ performance
• reduce workplace conflict and bullying
• improve customer service
• and other behavior/communication related topics

It is a labor of love and I enjoy every moment of my workshops, which are often one to two-days in lengths… and while at times I felt like I sold out, since most of my workshops  focus on how to improve communication and productivity in the workplace, it took me only a short time to realize that the concepts I teach are taken home as well.   

The concepts I present in my workshops and in the book are equally valuable in relationships at work or at home, helping individuals better understand their own behaviors and communication style, as well as the behavior and communication styles of those that surround us, resulting in less conflict, higher acceptance of diverse behaviors [behaviors that in the past we might have viewed as crazy, difficult, annoying, etc.], less stress, and considerably improved relationships.  

Whether I speak to groups of employees, to parents, or coach individuals who want to improve their relationships, I live my life’s purpose, helping create a better, more peaceful world, one person at a time…
